This page explains what information is handled when you visit ingemarolsson.se or buy sheet music, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Ingemar Olsson (Little Beat Music) is responsible for the personal data on the website and in the sheet-music shop. Send any questions about your data to ingemar.olsson@littlebeatmusic.se . The site is operated technically by e-pro, which handles the data only on Ingemar Olsson’s behalf.

To see how the website is used, simple visitor statistics are kept with Matomo, on e-pro’s own server. The statistics cover ingemarolsson.se and the sheet-music shop at noter.ingemarolsson.se and show, for example, which pages are visited and from which country. They set no cookies, do not follow you to other websites and are not shared with anyone else. The website has no advertising.

The website sets no cookies of its own. A few small settings are stored only in your own browser, so the site works the way you have chosen: whether you picked the light or dark theme, which language filter you last used in the discography and the lyrics, and where a concert venue is if you opened its map. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else.

Music, videos and maps load only when you click

The music, videos and maps come from other services. Nothing is loaded from them until you press play or Show map yourself:

  • Spotify: when you press play on a track, Spotify’s player for that track is loaded. Spotify may then store information in your browser under its own terms.
  • YouTube: videos play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press a video.
  • OpenStreetMap: the map of a concert venue is loaded from OpenStreetMap when you press Show map.

Links that take you elsewhere, for example to Spotify, Apple Music, Facebook, Google Maps or a bookstore, open that service, and its own terms apply there.

Server logs

Like all web servers, ours logs technical information about each visit: IP address, time, which page was requested and browser type. The logs are used only for operations and security and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Sheet-music purchases and free samples

When you order a licensed copy of sheet music, the information you enter is stored: choir name or your name, town, email address and the license you chose, together with the time and your IP address. It is used to stamp the music with your name, send it to you by email and to give Ingemar Olsson a daily summary of purchases by email, which he checks against the payments. The IP address is used only to stop misuse. After seven days, name, town, email address and IP address are deleted from the sheet-music shop; only which piece and license were bought, and when, remains. Payment is made with Swish directly between you and Little Beat Music; the website receives no payment details.

When you download a free sample, the time, which piece it was, your IP address and browser type are stored, so that misuse can be detected. The IP address and browser type are deleted after seven days.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information is held about you, to have it corrected and to have it deleted, unless it must be kept by law, for example under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
